When you book a free trial class through this site, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, and your consent to be contacted about your booking. We do not collect any other personal information through this booking flow.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to confirm your trial class booking, send you a confirmation email with the details, and manage class capacity. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
Your booking information is processed through the following trusted service providers, solely to deliver the booking confirmation service:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU-based data storage)
- Google Sheets (internal booking overview for our team)
- Combell (our email service provider, used to send your confirmation email)
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Advertising and tracking
This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to build remarketing audiences for people who have visited this site or completed a booking. This may involve automatic collection of browser and device information (such as IP address and user agent). You can manage your ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings.
Data retention
We retain your booking information for 12 months after your trial class, after which it is deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
