What data we collect
When you book a free class through this site, we collect your first and last name, your email address, your mobile phone number, the class you book and your consent. If you book for a child, we ask for the details of a parent or guardian. We do not collect the child's details through this site.
We also record which ad or link brought you to this page, so we can measure our campaigns, and whether you attended your class, which our coaches register after the class.
Through the Meta Pixel (see Advertising and tracking) your browser may also share technical information such as your IP address and device type. We do not collect any other personal information through this booking flow.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- confirm your booking and manage class capacity
- send you a confirmation and reminders by email and SMS before your class
- follow up after your class, for example to ask how it went
- understand how well our campaigns work, including how many booked people attend
We process your information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you book, and to carry out the booking you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
Your booking information is processed through the following service providers, only to run the booking and messaging service:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU-based data storage)
- Make (automation that passes your booking between our systems)
- HighLevel (customer management platform that keeps your booking record and sends our emails and SMS, through its own email and telecom partners)
- Google Sheets (internal booking overview for our team)
- Combell (our domain and mailbox provider, where replies to our emails arrive)
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, this happens on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Advertising and tracking
This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to build remarketing audiences for people who have visited this site or booked a class. This may involve automatic collection of browser and device information (such as IP address and user agent). You can manage your ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings.
Data retention
We keep your booking information for 12 months after your class, after which it is deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
